Booking & Reservation
- Advance booking is highly recommended to secure your preferred date.
- Reservations are confirmed after receiving our booking confirmation.
- A deposit may be required for selected packages or private boat trips.
Payment
- Full payment can be made before departure or according to the agreed booking terms.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or other available payment methods.
- Any applicable bank or transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before departure may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or no-shows are non-refundable.
Weather & Safety
- Guest safety is our highest priority.
- Tours may be postponed or canceled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions.
- If we cancel a tour because of weather, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Snorkeling Equipment
- Snorkeling equipment is provided during the tour.
- Guests are responsible for using the equipment carefully.
- Lost or intentionally damaged equipment may be subject to a replacement fee.
Health Requirements
- Participants should be in good physical condition.
- Guests with medical conditions, heart problems, asthma, epilepsy, recent surgery, or pregnancy should inform us before booking.
- Please follow all instructions provided by our guides for your safety.
Children Policy
- Children are welcome under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- Children must wear life jackets throughout the snorkeling activity unless otherwise instructed by the guide.
Environmental Responsibility
- Menjangan Island is part of West Bali National Park.
- Please do not touch, stand on, or collect coral reefs.
- Feeding marine life and littering are strictly prohibited.
- Help us protect this beautiful marine ecosystem for future generations.
Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the trip.
Liability
- By joining the tour, guests acknowledge the inherent risks of marine activities.
- Our team takes every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe experience; however, participants join the tour at their own responsibility.
Photography
- Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless guests inform us otherwise before the tour begins.
